Two people trapped in a flood control channel have been rescued

The episode occurred around 5 p.m. in the territory of Raitt Street and Edinger Avenue, as per Orange County fire authorities.

A man and lady were holding tight a bank above flooding water, brought about by a tempest framework that moved into Southern California Sunday.

Firemen utilized a boat to arrive at the two and they were analyzed at the scene before likely being taken to a medical clinic for any important therapy.

Occupants are encouraged to stay away from flood control channels during rainstorms since they can rapidly top off and turn risky.

“That water is moving pretty quick and there’s a ton of power behind that measure of water,” said Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Thanh Nguyen.
