Manhattan Beach is closing outdoor seating spaces on public property

MANHATTAN BEACH — The City of Manhattan Beach is shutting outside seating spaces on open property beginning on Sunday to help moderate the proceeded with spread of Covid.

To encourage implementation of the new guideline, tables and seats in outside seating spaces will be eliminated.

“We should keep on reacting to the consistently changing elements of this pandemic,” said Manhattan Beach Mayor Suzanne Hadley in an assertion. “Albeit public seating zones will be shut incidentally, kindly keep supporting our nearby organizations that offer get, curbside, take-out, and conveyance administrations.”

The new standard will produce results on Sunday, January 3 at 10 p.m. It’s indistinct for how long this change will stay set up.
