A magnitude 3.1 earthquake was accounted for at 4:56 p.m. Friday in Loma Linda, as indicated by the U.S. Geographical Survey.

The earthquake happened one mile from Redlands, one mile from San Bernardino, one mile from Colton and two miles from Grand Terrace.

In the previous 10 days, there has been one earthquake of magnitude 3.0 or more noteworthy focused close by.

A normal of 234 earthquakes with magnitudes somewhere in the range of 3.0 and 4.0 happen every year in California and Nevada, as per an ongoing three-year information test.
