Los Angeles County authorities confiscated $1 billion of illegally grown marijuana


Los Angeles County authorities seized $1 billion of illegally developed weed last month — the biggest takedown of its sort in the county, officials declared Wednesday.

The weed was seized from cartel-run illegal develop operations in the Antelope Valley during a 10-day sting in June, officials said.
