LA County health officials say nearly 278,000 people overdue for the second COVID Vaccine

Los Angeles County health officials said Monday almost 278,000 individuals in the county might be past due for the second portion of their COVID vaccine.

“There are numerous reasons why this number may be appearing,” Ferrer said. “One is that a portion of these dosages are in reality second portions for individuals who got the main portion outside of L.A. County. Another is that individuals have essentially neglected to get their subsequent portion. A few group may have been put off by symptoms of their first portion or feel that one portion is just about as successful as they need and will be sufficient security.”

County officials additionally said individuals may be stressed over results or accept that one shot is sufficient.

In the mean time Monday, the county revealed four more COVID-19 deaths and 288 cases.

The numbers brought the county’s complete loss of life to 23,777 and the caseload to 1,231,806.
