Firefighters rescued a child from a burning apartment

POMONA – A child was protected from a consuming loft unit by firemen.

It occurred around 6:50 p.m. Tuesday at 1614 E. Kingsley Avenue in Pomona.

Firemen with the L.A. Area Fire Department and Pomona cops reacted to the scene to discover a loft fire with inhabitants caught inside. There was weighty smoke coming from the unit.

Paramedics moved the kid to Pomona Valley Hospital. The kid’s condition is at present obscure.

Firemen had the option to thump down the fire in a short time. Fire related crime examiners were on the scene.
