State Senator Henry Sternplans to introduce legislation cracking down on speeding and street racing

State Senator Henry Stern on Friday declared plans to present regulation taking action against speeding and street racing.

He held a news meeting with local gatherings and the California Highway Patrol requiring a finish to the “speeding pandemic.”
