A quarrel with an outfitted man momentarily shut down the westbound 101 Freeway at Haskell in the Encino region
The freeway’s westbound paths were closed down not long before 10:30 a.m. after a man apparently outfitted with a screwdriver or blade halted on right shoulder of the freeway, and wouldn’t get out.
Officials utilized less-deadly adjusts to shoot out the front driver-side window. Not long before 11:30 a.m., officials broke a traveler side window to make passage and hauled the man out. He was put on a cart to be taken to an emergency clinic.
The left paths of the freeway were opened up soon after the man was arrested, yet three paths stayed shut for at any rate one more hour.
Traffic on the eastward paths was likewise deferred.
