LA County coroner’s office facility will reopen to public on Friday after being closed due to the COVID

The Los Angeles County coroner’s office facility will return to the public on Friday subsequent to being shut due to the Covid pandemic.

The facility, situated at 1104 N. Mission Road in Los Angeles, will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, aside from occasions.

The facility was shut to the public on March 16, 2020, and stayed shut “until the transmission of COVID-19 is presently not a danger to the community, our accomplices, families and personnel.”

Visitors are needed to wear face coverings and keep up with social distancing.

In the mean time, the fundamental hall will be restricted to six individuals all at once. Two visitors for every family will be permitted in the facility at a time.

The people who need to get the property of a friend or family member should schedule an appointment by calling 323-343-0515.

Appointments can be made Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
