LOS ANGELES – Nearly 150 firefighters were fighting a blast in a 90,000-square-foot commercial structure in the Green Meadows territory of Los Angeles Saturday.
The fire was brought in at 2:19 p.m. at 8730 S. Crocker St., first detailed as having begun outside the single-story building and spreading inside, the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Brian Humphrey said.
The structure houses furniture fabricating, Humphrey said.
Firefighters said the structure seems to have housed a marijuana develop activity notwithstanding a furniture business, as per Humphrey.
The blast immediately developed to a more noteworthy caution fire and 111 firefighters were requested to work outside the design and guard encompassing constructions as it was excessively risky inside, he added.
The power developed to 148 firefighters when the burst turned into a Major Emergency fire, Humphrey said.
No wounds were promptly announced.
