Six Flags Magic Mountain resumed Thursday, the primary day it is permitted to do as such, making it the main nearby theme park in Los Angeles and Orange provinces to open with rides after the pandemic shut down amusement parks for longer than a year.

The well known theme park will return to individuals and pass holders on April 1-2, and afterward to the general public on April 3.

Six Flags will play it safe to protect guests while visiting the park. Visitors and workers will obviously be needed to wear veils consistently and will get temperature screenings before passage into the park.

Restaurants in the region are preparing for some truly necessary business they have been absent since the park shut.

“I’m energized!” said Ignacio Jimenez, director of Jimmy Dean’s Charbroiled Burgers. “It feels incredible. It will carry more clients and more business to our place.”

Since the conclusion of the theme park, the parking parcel of Six Flags has been utilized as a Covid vaccination site. That site will forge ahead, Magic Mountain said.

Under the state’s rules, theme parks in regions in the red level or higher are permitted to return at 15% limit starting April 1, yet with in-state guests as it were.

“We began putting more individuals on the timetable,” said Jimenez. “More hours, more individuals on the clerks, more cooks, we’re preparing.”
