SANTA MONICA — The tunnel that interfaces the 10 Freeway to Pacific Coast Highway is planned to close expedite for updates one week from now, Caltrans reminded drivers Friday.
The McClure Tunnel, alongside close by inclines, will be briefly closed down between Jan. 11 and Jan. 18 during the work, which will traverse a mile of the turnpike between Lincoln Boulevard and the PCH Broadway Pedestrian Overpass.
The tunnel will be shut in the two ways from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., and drivers will be bypassed around the tunnel utilizing Olympic Boulevard. Terminations could change contingent upon the climate, Caltrans said.
